Zenya: reporting SHE incidents easily online

For almost a year now, TenneT employees in Germany have been able to easily report SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) events that do not require acute and immediate action directly via the Zenya (formerly iTask) reporting tool. The corresponding button "Report SHE events" can be found in the left menu bar on InTenneT. Zenya is also easy to use via the app.

This is particularly useful for smaller incidents, as it can effectively relieve pressure on the emergency hotlines. For all incidents registered in Zenya, an investigation is initiated or improvement measures are taken.
